Point33 has recently been established and has three main operational areas:

Point33 Highways, acting in a HIGHWAYS PROJECT MANAGEMENT ROLE has developed a unique business model primarily in order to benefit Clients, Designers, Architects, Contractors and Local Authorities.

This is achieved by providing a comprehensive range of services, but primarily our success is by COMPREHENSIVELY PROJECT MANAGING the process in order to secure the right outcome for all parties involved in the implementation of highway schemes under section 106, 278 and 38 legal agreements.

LongmanWatts Construction Services was established in 2004 and primarily offers Project Management services for the renovation of period properties in a sympathetic manner. Specialising in dealing with properties in Conservation Areas and those with traditional construction materials and awkward layouts (flying freeholds etc.) this continues to thrive, but now comes under the Point33 ‘banner’.

Point33 Third Sector is an exciting project which will own or lease a large building in Somerset to offer lower than market rate office accommodation to Third Sector (Charities, not-for-profit groups and voluntary/community) groups. This will be a Community Interest Company (CIC)and we will have strong links to both local and national Third Sector Groups and local and national government. Our Director, Peter Watts, has in the past managed the ‘Community Base’ building in Brighton and seeks to create a similar Third Sector project in Somerset. We will also soon be launching a Somerset Venue Search and Booking service as an online resource.
